Athlos is from Start to Finish. Whether this is your first custom order or you’ve ordered previously, we are here to guide you through the process.  The simplest way to start is to Complete our Order Information so we can begin the process. Complete as much as you can and then we’ll respond to you promptly to keep the process going

How long will it take to receive my order?

Your order will be produced and shipped in 4 weeks or sooner after approved artwork.

What are the charges for artwork?

Unlike other custom companies we do not charge for artwork. Our artists are world class, but the idea, direction, and request form starts with you. Please complete our request form and share everything you can so we know exactly what you’re thinking.

The fine print.

Our goal is to provide artwork for free and we are happy to provide your initial designs and edits. We are really good at this. However, in rare cases some people’s creativity gets the best of them. If after multiple edits (3), work is subject to a minor surcharge of $25.00

We will always let you know before proceeding if any art fees apply to your request.

What do I need to get started?

Send us your stuff! We need all logos and artwork to be Vector format. Our designers can then scale it, work with the colors and make any changes as needed to your design. The files are either eps or ai, created from Adobe Illustrator or similar vector program.

If you cannot get Vector art, a high resolution Raster image may work for us, preferably a psd, tiff, or png file with transparent background. If you have any questions contact us, we are here to help.

Artwork & Design

I don’t know what I want for a design. Can you help?

Yes! That is what we do best! Simply provide us direction in our request form and we’ll go to work with some creative concepts.

Are there any limitations with color?

No, with our dye sublimation process there are no limitations on the number of colors you can use in your design and price is not affected by the number of colors used.

My team/club/event has a specific color. Can you match colors?

Nothing is more critical than color. To ensure consistently of color we’ll request the Pantone Color number. This the most effective way to match colors as what we look at on paper, our phone, our laptop, all will be viewed inconsistently. At your request you can also send us any current samples you have for us to review.

How does Athlos products fit?

We all know when we shop there’s differences in between brands. Often we figured this out the hard way and most have a top or two that we never got around to returning. One way to be sure is to try Athlos on. Contact us for a fit kit of your garment (credit card deposit required so we make sure your return it). You can also reference our size chart.

Ordering & Payment

What are your minimum order requirements?

One to a million, we are ready. Our state of the art technology allows us to produce in any quantity. Pricing is structured on your order volume and unlike many of our competitors you can combine styles and gender.

How do I place my order?

We’ll keep it simple and process everything through our website. Artwork approval and payment will be processed through our website. For Teams, Clubs and Events, we can host you through our team store where your members place and pay for their orders.

What are the payment options?

Payment for orders is easy! We take Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover Card, bank wire-transfer and Certified check. A 50% deposit is required before it goes into production and the balance is due upon completion.

How much is shipping?

Your order is shipped direct from our own manufacturing facility to your door. Shipping is based on weight and typically varies between $15-30 for orders under 20 pieces. Production & Delivery

How long will it take to receive my order?

Your order will be produced and shipped in 4 weeks or sooner after approved artwork.

Can I track my shipment?

Absolutely. At the time of shipment, you will receive a confirmation email with the details and tracking number of your shipment. By clicking the link in the email, you will be redirected to your Account page where you can track the shipment.

I received my order but there was a mistake?

Throughout production we have several steps to ensure accuracy and completion of your order. However, mistakes could happen and we’ll do our best to expeditiously resolve any issue. Please Contact Athlos Immediately and have your Order # and packing list available.

Is there any way to speed up the shipping?

We understand you are in a hurry to get your product. We currently use Priority Shipping methods. We cannot rush deliveries beyond our current shipping method.

Can I ship to a PO or APO Box?

Unfortunately, no. Please enter a residential address
